Suitable for absolute beginners to intermediate level. For groups of 6, at £65 per head.
The day consists starts with a one and a half hour yoga session at Parndon Mill, including relaxation, and pranayama (breathing) exercises, followed by instruction in a yoga sequence such as Sun Salutations, followed by still postures (asanas).
We retire to the boat for a light meal, with organic salads, juices and smoothies.
We then cruise the picturesque river Stort, mooring up at a remote and secluded spot for some guided meditation.
Each participant will be required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire (PARQ) before the booking is accepted. Booked places are transferrable, subject to the substitute also completing a satisfactory PARQ before the mini-retreat.
You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing, and bring comfortable footwear and some additional outer layers of clothing for the cruise.
