Chinese menu served on Annies Launch cruising narrowboat restaurant. Mouth watering home cooking using 100 year old recipes from my Nyonya Grandmother. Spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip. Chive dumplings with a garlic and truffle glaze. Chicken marinated in soy sauce with a lemon tang. Pan fried noodles with pork and peppers in oyster sauce.
